These terms apply to the website at zokku.app and its pages. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They do not cover the software. The ZOKKU plugins and ZOKKU Hub are licensed, not sold, under the end-user licence agreement below. Purchases follow the terms of sale and refund rules further down this page.

Installers are offered for Windows 10 and 11. Before you install, check that your system meets the requirements on the Download page.

• You may read the site, link to it and share its pages.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
• Do not copy the site or large parts of it in automated ways, for example to build another catalogue or to train software, without our written permission.

Product descriptions, specifications and screenshots describe the software as it is today and may change with new versions. Prices, release dates and trial terms are shown only once they are decided.

Texts, screenshots, logos and the design of this site belong to ZOKKU or are used with permission. You may quote short parts with a link to the source. For anything else, including press use of logos and screenshots, write to [email protected].

We keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it is always online or free of mistakes. Links to other sites are given for convenience; we do not control their content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live.

• Geist Mono, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence text).
• The ZOKKU lettering is drawn from Jost, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence text). No Jost font file is served.
• Images: real captures of the plugin interfaces, made with synthetic test signals. No third-party samples.

Who sells. Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, named at checkout and in the privacy policy: it sells the licence to you, takes the payment and issues the invoice. The licensor of the software is ZOKKU. Company details will be published here shortly. Contact: [email protected] The reseller's own buyer terms also apply to the payment.

What you buy. A licence to use the plugin, or every plugin of a bundle, on your own computers, under the licence agreement. One licence can be active on 3 computers at a time; you can move it by deactivating a computer in ZOKKU Hub. Bundles give a licence for each plugin they contain; ZOKKU All unlocks all eleven with one activation.

Prices, VAT and sales tax. Prices are in US dollars. In the EU the checkout shows the same number in euros, VAT included. The reseller works out VAT or sales tax for your country and shows the total before you pay. Launch prices last for the period shown on the site.

Payment. Cards, PayPal and local methods where available; Apple Pay and Google Pay on the full-page checkout. Card data goes to the payment processors only, never to us.

Trial. Every plugin can be tried for 7 days in ZOKKU Hub before you buy. The trial needs no payment.

Delivery. The licence is delivered at once to your ZOKKU account and by email; you activate it in ZOKKU Hub or in the plugin.

Refunds are paid by the reseller to the method you paid with. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer in the country where you live.
